Qualifications

• Advanced degree and relevant work experience in consultancy or HR/OD function.
• Experience solving and leading large-scale transformation for multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to coach client leaders and drive change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions.
• Manage engagement delivery, client satisfaction, scope and profitability.
• Design health checks and diagnostics for organizations.
• Develop organizational structures and operating models.
• Lead workshops with leaders up to Board level.
