SGS, the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company, is seeking a Transformation Management Lead to drive a global ERP program with Oracle Fusion. You will head the ERP Transformation Office and ensure finance strategy becomes design, deployment, adoption and value across regions.

This high-visibility role requires executive-level influence, governance of cross‑functional streams, and strong change management to standardize processes while respecting local regulations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Finance Transformation or large-scale programs.
• Proven global ERP transformations, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS environments.
• Multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap and governance.
• Align ERP deployment with Finance TO M and regional requirements.
• Coordinate across business, IT and external partners worldwide.
• Establish governance, KPIs and executive dashboards.
