Korn Ferry in Paris is seeking an Associate Principal - Organisational Strategy to lead transformation initiatives and design operating models for multinational clients. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable organizational design and governance changes.

You will drive engagement delivery, coach executives, and help shape offerings across Organisational Strategy, Total Reward, and Leadership & Development. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree plus 5–7 years of consultancy or senior HR/OD experience.
• Experience in large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation.
• Strong change management leadership and cross-country experience.
• Excellent client relationship skills and senior-executive advisory ability.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen and financial literacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation interventions and design operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, client satisfaction, scope, and profitability.
• Design organizational health checks and diagnostics.
• Interface with senior executives and manage large, complex clients.
