SGS is seeking a Transformation Management Lead to steer a major global ERP transformation (Oracle Fusion) across regions. You will lead the ERP Transformation Management Office, translate Finance strategy into design and deployment, and drive governance, change readiness and value realization.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, with Europe-wide hybrid working and a focus on standardization and scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale programs.
• Proven success leading global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap and governance across countries.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and Finance Target Operating Model.
• Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement and benefits realization.
