La Marzocco France seeks a proactive Back Office Specialist to support order management, logistics, and administration from Paris. You will work with the SAP system, process POs, validate pricing, and manage shipments while coordinating with the HQ Customer Care team.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar position, fluency in French and English, and a Bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time on-site position based in Paris, Rue Petrelle area.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export processes is required.
• Solid understanding of the full customer care cycle, from order to delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, and general inquiries.
• Process purchase orders, validate pricing, and manage acknowledgments using SAP.
• Coordinate and review import/export documentation with shipping partners.
• Monitor stock levels and manage purchases from the headquarters.
• Create and manage factory purchase orders in SAP to align stock with demand.
• Collaborate with local warehouse to ensure timely arrivals and dispatches.
• Maintain communication with HQ Customer Care on sales and purchase orders.
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• Handle office supplies and oversee equipment maintenance.
