Univar Solutions SAS in Genay, France, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the internal contact for order related matters. You handle orders by phone and e‑mail, ensure accuracy, and coordinate deliveries with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You will manage quotations, pricing updates, and the timely registration of orders, while enforcing permits and certifications. The role requires good MS Office, CRM/SAP familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Upper Secondary School education is required.
• Experience in commercial order administration preferred.
• Fluent in English; good local language skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer prompts and review incoming sales orders by email and phone.
• Register orders accurately and issue confirmations to customers.
• Ensure orders include proper permits and certifications.
• Inform customers about price, product, and delivery changes.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing and update regularly.
• Record quotations and sample requests.
• Enforce collection of empty rental containers when needed.
• Register customer complaints and route to appropriate function.
• Issue credit and debit memos.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to foster new business.
• Use CRM and company processes and guidelines.
