Qualifications

• Upper Secondary School education is required.

Job summary - purpose of the role

As a part of the Customer Service team you are customer ́s internal contact for all order related matters. You are available during office hours (by phone and e‑mail,) for customers, suppliers and colleagues and you are responsible for processing the orderseffectively.Customer needs drive your activities and you balance them with the interests of the company. Within the team you will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead.

• Answer promptly and professionally incoming phone calls and review sales orders sent by e‑mail. Respond to customer enquiries on product availability, deliveries, order status, price etc.
• Coordinate incoming orders: review order details to check accuracy of conditions and delivery terms. Register orders promptly and accurately and send order confirmations to customers
• To ensure that orders are submitted in a correct manner with proper permits and that correct certifications are submitted along with delivery to customer.
• Inform customers about changes regarding price, product and delivery time.
• To ensure customer pricing is accurate and regularly updated.
• To record and follow up on quotations and sample requests.
• To enforce collection of empty rental containers from customer when needed
• Register customer complaints and refer to appropriate function for action.
• To issue credit and debit memos.
• Communicate in a service minded manner with customers and all internal functions and provide any necessary information to all shareholders.
• Take advantage of any opportunity to foster new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and other tools as required and comply with all company processes, policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & skills

• Minimum education: Upper Secondary School
• Previous experience inworking in a commercial environment providing good customer service or order administration has a preference.
• Experience and understanding of working in an international environment and/or working within transport and logistics advantageous
• Good knowledge in MS Office, knowledge in CRM tools and SAP is an asset
• Good skills in local language and good skills in English
• You are service minded, have excellent communication skills and you are well organized with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
• High degree of ownership, pro‑active
• A team player with the ability to work independently within given framework
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing conditions
