Euronext is seeking an Operational Excellency Apprentice to join the Technology & Operations team in Paris. You will report to the Dev IT Manager - Trading system and drive process improvements using Lean, OKRs, and AI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with international teams and delivering measurable efficiency gains. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn about AI technologies and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proactive with interest in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Fluent in French and English, strong communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with IT Manager to understand objectives and challenges.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean and OKRs.
• Engage with teams to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with goals.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Leverage AI to identify improvement opportunities and automate tasks.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the team.
