Euronext in Paris is seeking a Risk and Compliance Transformation Intern to join the Risk & Compliance team for a September 2026 start. You will support transformation initiatives, prepare materials, assist with tools testing, research AI trends, and help change management efforts.

This paid internship offers exposure to a European, diverse team and opportunities to contribute to strategic risk initiatives within capital markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, project management and Risk & Compliance topics.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies and emerging AI trends.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery orientation.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance in coordinating and monitoring transformation initiatives across the department, with a focus on AI and automation use cases
• Preparing presentations, reports and management materials related to the Risk & Compliance transformation strategy and roadmap
• Assisting with the implementation of tools, including testing, issue escalation and preparation of supporting materials for user adoption
• Conducting benchmarking and research on emerging technologies, AI applications and market practices relevant to Risk & Compliance functions
• Supporting communication and change management activities to foster adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working
