Euronext in Paris is seeking an Operational Excellency Apprentice to join the Technology & Operations team, starting as soon as possible. You will work under the Dev IT Manager - Trading system and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will apply Lean methodologies and OKRs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and explore AI-enabled solutions to streamline operations while gaining hands-on experience in capital markets technology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess processes and identify improvements.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Interest in AI, including large language models and AI agents.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment and stay up to date with developments.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the IT Manager to understand team objectives and operational challenges.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean methodologies and OKRs to drive efficiency.
• Engage with teams to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies that align with team goals and the company vision.
• Monitor KPIs to track initiative effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Leverage AI to identify opportunities, automate repetitive tasks and support data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members on operational excellence and tool utilisation.
