Job summary

Parallel, Paris-based, is building AI agents to automate healthcare admin tasks. You’ll join a team of 25+ freelance TIMs, supporting staffing, onboarding and cross-functional Ops initiatives that scale as the company grows.

You’ll interact with the Head of Ops and deployment, care, and product teams from day one. You’re looking for an entry-level or end-of-studies role, and you thrive on organization, people skills, and autonomy in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• First permanent job or end-of-studies internship with intent to stay
• Rigorous, organized and able to drive topics to completion
• Strong people skills and ability to explain technical topics
• Comfortable in a tech environment and understand software basics
• Autonomous in setting up processes and resources

Responsibilities

• Staffing and managing freelance TIMs with end-to-end ownership
• Coordinate client assignments and anticipate workload peaks
• Onboard TIMs on the Parallel tool and ways of working
• Monitor assignments, performance and compliance
• Support ISO 27001 and HDS related contracts and processes
• Contribute to cross-functional Ops projects to scale operations
