Parallel 1245 is looking for an Ops Associate to support our 25+ freelance TIMs who retrieve medical documents and help code hospital stays. You’ll staff the TIM network, manage onboarding, and coordinate with the Head of Ops on cross-functional projects to scale operations.

You’ll gain exposure to deploying generative AI in hospitals, working with Ops, Product and Tech, and contributing to a fast-growing startup in Paris. Flexible remote options are available as we scale.
