Job summary

Parallel, a Paris-based AI startup, is building AI agents to automate hospital admin workflows and coding tasks. You will own a 30+ client portfolio, drive onboarding, and scale CS processes while partnering with Product and Tech.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, value autonomous work, and communicate clearly in French with hospital clients and internal teams. A remote day per week is common, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role.
• Experience directly managing client relationships.
• Comfort with unstructured environments and ambiguity.
• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders).
• Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations.
• Act as the key link between clients and Product & Tech teams, translating field insights into actionable priorities.
