Job summary

Alan is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our global team across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will run insurance and health services processes, monitor day-to-day operations, and drive improvements with product and care teams.

This role suits hands-on problem-solvers who are highly organized, fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch, and who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run insurance or health services processes.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow-up.
• Flag risks and opportunities.
• Operate processes: invoicing, claims, manage provider network, support internal teams.
• Define and own monitoring scheme for volumes, efficiency, SLAs.
• Supervise partnerships (teleconsultation, claim operators) and negotiate.
• Perform controls and identify training needs.
• Escalate feedback and help prioritize improvements.
• Implement continuous improvements to processes (20-30%).
