Job summary

Alan is hiring Senior Revenue Operations across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. You will own end-to-end RevOps initiatives, shaping strategy, design, and adoption across Sales, Product and Finance. Expect hands-on building with SQL, Salesforce, and low-code tools, plus a focus on measurable impact.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with access to a modern stack and coaching to scale your impact globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RevOps/Sales Ops experience with hands-on build.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from strategy to measurement.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to model data.
• Experience with low-code tooling and Salesforce configurations.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end and define the roadmap.
• Spend time in the field to identify gaps and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies; run tests and roll out successful ones.
• Build scalable workflows with low-code tools and integrations.
• Shadow, train, measure adoption, and drive lasting change.
