Alan is hiring an Operations Coordinator (Ops Runner) to deliver insurance and health services at scale. You will run processes, monitor day-to-day operations and partner with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.

We value problem-solving, analytics, and strong organization. English fluency plus French or Dutch is important, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating processes/services for scale-up or industrial/logistics contexts.
• Customer-facing or cross-functional collaboration experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English with French or Dutch ability.

Responsabilités

• Run insurance or health services processes as Ops Runner.
• Provide day-to-day follow-up and monitor operations.
