Job summary

Lucentive is seeking a proactive operations professional to own entity structure, contracts, and vendor relationships across multiple entities. You will ensure filings are up to date, manage invoicing and reconciliations, and maintain a proactive compliance calendar.

You will operate across jurisdictions, build trackers and playbooks, and coordinate with external counsel and accountants to keep Lucentive in good standing.

Qualifications

• You have run operations for a small company or a multi-entity structure, owning entities, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Finance ops fundamentals: invoicing, payables, basic reconciliation, and reading a P&L.
• Track a compliance calendar across jurisdictions without slips.
• Read contracts closely to catch critical clauses before problems arise.
• Build trackers or checklists rather than rely on memory.

Responsibilities

• Own the entity structure across Lucentive: filings, registered agents, and paperwork.
• Manage contract lifecycle for vendors, partners, service providers: drafting, tracking, renewals, and follow-up.
• Run finance operations: invoicing, payables, expense tracking, reconciliation.
• Maintain the compliance calendar across jurisdictions and entities.
• Manage vendor relationships with legal, accounting, banking, tooling.
• Build operating systems, checklists, trackers, templates to scale work.
