Casavo France recherche un stagiaire Operations à Paris, en mode hybride pour 6 mois. Vous serez l'interface opérationnelle entre les agents et l'équipe Operations, avec des tâches hands-on et ownership sur des processus clés.

Profil: Bachelor/Master en business/management/engineering/economics, Français courant et Anglais professionnel, et bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de ticketing. Possible extension selon performance.

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des outils de ticketing et de gestion de projets.

Responsabilités

• Devenir le point de contact opérationnel des agents (brokers).
• Rédiger et optimiser des SOPs et playbooks pour standardiser les processus.
• Travailler avec l'équipe Operations et d'autres fonctions pour optimiser le fonctionnement quotidien.

The role

As Operations Intern you sit at the center of how our brokerage network runs day to day. You will be the operational point of contact for our agents (brokers), help standardize the way we work, and collaborate closely with the wider Operations team. It is a hands-on role with real ownership and direct exposure to how a scaling proptech operates.

What you'll do

• Become the agents' go-to person Be the operational partner our agents rely on. You'll own their requests end to end - untangling problems, unblocking deals, and making sure their day runs smoothly. Every question you turn into a reusable answer makes the whole network faster.
• Fix the way we work - for good Get under the hood of how the business actually runs, hunt down the messy, manual, and inconsistent bits, and redesign them into processes that just work. The SOPs and playbooks you build won't sit in a drawer - the team will use them every day.
• Work across the whole company Team up with the wider Operations team to share what's working and align how we operate. You'll get a rare, cross-functional view of a scaling proptech - and a real say in how it runs.

What we're looking for

You are in the final stretch of, or just completed, a Bachelor's or Master's (business, management, engineering, economics, or similar) and are eligible for a stage convention. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks end to end. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving practical problems, and are at ease working with people across functions. You are fluent in French, and working-level English is a must (Italian is a plus). You are comfortable with standard productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, ticketing, project tools) and curious about how tech and operations fit together.
