THE ROLE
During this internship, you'll gain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination. You'll work closely with the French Operations and Talent teams and develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description
Talent Operations
- Support the annual performance review process by:
- Coordinating key milestones and communications.
- Following up with employees and managers to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and feedback.
- Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards.
- Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and provide support on ad‑hoc HR tasks as needed.
Staffing & Coordination
- Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns.
- Maintain workload planning and staffing data.
- Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing.
Reporting & Data quality
- Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite).
- Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards.
- Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion.
Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinate monthly internal events (Junior's consultant gatherings, Project Managers gatherings, Line Managers forum, etc.).
- Assist in organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees.
- Document processes and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.

- Location: Paris, 75002 – hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home).
- Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled in a university, business or engineering school and hold a valid "convention de stage". Priority will be given to students seeking an "end of studies internship / stage de fin d'études".
