Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an Operations Excellence Leader to drive a comprehensive program improving SQDC metrics across the organization. You will partner with site directors and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and cost control.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma expertise, team leadership, and strong stakeholder collaboration to implement strategic improvements and sustain a culture of continuous value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Five years of related experience in operations excellence or manufacturing leadership.
• Lean and Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operations excellence strategy (SQDC) and track project timelines and budgets.
• Lead and mentor site leaders and staff to ensure on-time, in-budget project execution.
• Collaborate with finance to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Oversee process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure initiative success.
• Foster continuous improvement and conduct workshops across levels.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on trends to drive innovation in operations.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
