Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering is required.
• Black Belt Certification is required.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with Lean experience.
• 70% travel is required; fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Lean strategy across multiple plants in the region.
• Deliver training, establish lean culture and structure.
• Plan and lead complex improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Mentor and coach teams; develop training materials aligned with Lean methodologies.
