Job summary

GC Aesthetics is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our France-based operations and international activities. You will enhance process efficiency, reduce costs and inventory levels, improve working capital, and strengthen overall organizational performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and coach employees to foster a culture of operational excellence aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Experience in the medical devices industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Map, document, and standardize key business processes.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor process performance using key metrics.
• Define and track relevant KPIs.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change to ensure adoption of best practices.
• Train teams on operational excellence tools and methodologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Lead project teams and improvement initiatives.
• Coach and support employees in continuous improvement practices.
