Molex is seeking an Operations Excellence Leader to drive strategic initiatives that boost efficiency, productivity, and quality across our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor site leadership, and apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and outcomes.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to prioritise high-impact opportunities, establish KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related discipline.
• Five years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or similar leadership in manufacturing.
• Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement an operations excellence strategy to improve performance (SQDC) and track timelines and financials.
• Lead and mentor site leadership teams ensuring on-time, on-budget project execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Oversee process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and report progress to site leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement through workshops and cross-level engagement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Present reports to senior leadership detailing progress and opportunities.
