Evotec WD in Toulouse is seeking a Site Performance Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, TOM deployment, and value-stream optimization across manufacturing and support functions.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, GMP knowledge, and strong change-management skills to deliver 5–10% annual productivity gains while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Belt) or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Fluent communication in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead site performance transformation and deployment of the Toulouse Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across Manufacturing, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
• Establish and maintain a robust site performance management system with KPI governance.
• Coach leaders in problem solving, change management, and lean methods.
• Ensure GMP readiness and alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
