Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic HR role.
• Experience coaching and influencing stakeholders across business capabilities.
• Experience in talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and development.
• Experience in organizational design and change management.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Experience using HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as steward of company culture and values.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Drive Talent Development activities including Org Design, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Performance Management.
• Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on talent needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide market insights and compensation guidance to leadership.
• Use analytics and key measures to identify problems and opportunities.
• Work with site leadership to engage Works Councils and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coach leaders to make principled and legally compliant decisions.
