Job summary

PAC's Industrial Engineer & Continuous Improvement Leader will drive operational excellence at its Verson (ISL) manufacturing site. This hands-on role focuses on optimizing processes, deploying Lean methods, and building a robust CI culture in a low-volume, high-mix electromechanical environment.

You will lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work; coach teams; and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to deliver measurable improvements that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven hands-on experience leading Kaizen events and Lean initiatives.
• Strong shop-floor presence; not desk-based.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix and/or electromechanical assembly.
• Fluent French required for daily operations; professional English needed in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap and Lean initiatives on the shop floor.
• Perform time studies and work measurement to develop labor standards.
• Design, balance, and optimize assembly and test cells for a low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Lead layout changes and capacity projects to support new products and equipment.
• Build a continuous improvement culture by coaching Lean capabilities across all levels.
• Track CI KPIs and report progress to site leadership.
