TECEZE in France is seeking an L1/L2 IT Support Technician on a contract basis to support operations onsite, focusing on end-user support, PC provisioning and deployment, and ITSM incident handling.

The role includes a weekly secondary location in Mions (69780) and a 9:00–17:00 workday, with immediate start for an initial 3-month contract and potential extension. You will coordinate with internal IT teams and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L1/L2 IT support and end-user computing.
• Hands-on with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience with PC provisioning, imaging, and deployment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Fluent/professional French and proficient English.

Responsabilités

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage ITSM incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Perform PC provisioning, imaging, and deployment.
• Manage PC lease refresh activities and asset records.
• Support Windows 10/11 environments.
• Assist with Office 365 apps support (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint).
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 when needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and support documentation.
