Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd in Paris is seeking a Level 2 IT End-User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to join our on-site team. This role goes beyond traditional desktop support, combining modern workplace tech, AI-driven tools, and enterprise infrastructure to deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, manage tickets, collaborate with remote teams, train users, and help implement security and compliance policies across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as Onsite EUC Level 2 Engineer or similar role.
• Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows/Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 2 technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues onsite at client premises.
• Assist end-users with setup, configuration, and software installations.
• Manage and prioritize service desk tickets for onsite support, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
