Belmond seeks a Private Chef to craft refined French-inspired cuisine aboard our luxury barges along France’s waterways. Design seasonal menus, source local terroir, and deliver intimate dining experiences in a prestigious setting.

Fluent in English and French, you’ll lead culinary moments from breakfast to dinner, ensure exemplary hygiene, and share wine and service knowledge with guests during excursions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and hygiene standards.
• Solid understanding of wine basics and proper service.
• Enjoy guest interaction and sharing your expertise.
