Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced data center technician for freelance, on-site work in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, France. You will handle hardware installations, migrations, and structured cabling in mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities include racking, labeling, cross-connects, and patch panel work, with strict documentation and coordination with remote NOC and client teams. 2+ years of data center or IT infra experience and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure.
• Professional English communication.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on raised floors.
• Own transportation and on-site work.

Responsabilités

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
