Reboot Monkey in Le Creusot, France seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site freelance work to support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.

You will perform hardware installations, cabling, server racking, troubleshooting, and coordination with remote NOC and client teams. 2+ years of data center/IT infra experience and strong cabling skills required, English communication essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro).
• Professional English communications.

Responsabilités

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack, and label servers.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
