Reboot Monkey seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site freelance work in Belfort, France. You will support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities, performing hands-on hardware tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hardware installations, cabling, server racking, cross-connects, and incident troubleshooting. You will document work with photos and notes, coordinate with NOC teams, and maintain strong communication with clients.2+

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Strong cabling skills (CAT5e/6/6a, fiber).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on raised floors.
• Professional English communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
