Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in France is seeking a Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas to drive strategic growth from our Paris base. You will cultivate executive relationships, lead vendor prequalification, and convert opportunities into awarded contracts across Africa and the Middle East.

You will engage with major players, map project leads, and coordinate with proposal, engineering, and execution teams to win bids while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence in France and across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10–12 years of proven Sales & Business Development experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Demonstrated experience selling as a contractor/sub-contractor to TotalEnergies France headquarters.
Strong track record in brownfield upgrade and modernization project sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at TotalEnergies, Technip Energies, and Saipem headquarters.
Position INTECH as a preferred partner for Automation, Electrical, Digital, Skids, and Well Head Control Panels.
Lead HQ-level and product-specific pre-qualification processes across relevant disciplines and secure vendor registrations.
Develop project intelligence and pipeline by tracking brownfield and greenfield opportunities originating from French headquarters.
Convert strategic relationships into RFQs and coordinate with proposal, engineering and execution teams to win bids.
