Job summary

Anotech is seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to lead the procurement and contracting lifecycle for major Oil & Gas projects in a complex, multicultural environment. You will drive strategy, lead tendering, negotiate terms and ensure governance compliance while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in contract management for high-value international contracts and fluency in English, with on-site presence in Pau, France.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Contract Engineering, Contract Management or Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and contracting strategy for packages.
• Lead tendering processes including Call For Tenders (CFTs) and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate contractual terms and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from procurement strategy to award and execution.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables and supplier performance.
• Ensure governance compliance and proper contract documentation.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across technical, legal and procurement teams.
