Job summary

Tzportal is seeking a Senior Project Operations Engineer to lead readiness, planning, and execution of offshore installations. You will coordinate vessel readiness, mobilization, and demobilization while ensuring compliance with safety and client requirements.

You will work across Operations, Marine, Logistics, HSE, and subcontractors to optimise cost and schedule, mentoring junior staff and driving best practices in offshore project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of offshore operations and vessel readiness processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and operational coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness activities for assigned vessels and support assets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulations.
• Coordinate audits, surveys, inspections, and certification activities.
• Define vessel manning requirements and mobilization with stakeholders.
• Develop operational procedures required for project execution.
• Coordinate external vessel bookings and third-party service providers.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and service costs.
• Support offshore logistics and provisioning requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior operational personnel.
