CELESTAL in France is seeking an Installation Engineer to join an international engineering team focused on offshore operations and installation methodologies.

You will develop installation sequences, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate across marine, structural, and subsea disciplines to deliver offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Offshore Engineering or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize offshore installation methods and procedures.
• Prepare installation philosophies, method statements, and execution strategies.
• Define installation sequences and assess technical feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, offshore regulations, and company standards.
• Support loadout, transportation, lifting, positioning, and hook-up activities.
• Coordinate with installation contractors, vessel operators, and marine teams.
• Participate in constructability reviews and offshore execution planning.
• Support installation risk assessments and HAZID workshops.
• Ensure installation interfaces are defined across marine, structural, and subsea disciplines.
• Contribute to safe, reliable, and cost‑effective offshore execution solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Integrate lessons learned from previous offshore projects.
• Support engineering deliverables within project schedules.
• Assist in resolving technical installation challenges and interface issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of offshore installation methodologies.

Are you an engineer passionate about offshore operations, installation methodologies, and marine engineering? Looking to start or accelerate your career in the offshore energy industry?

At CELESTAL, we are currently supporting a major offshore engineering project and we are looking for an Installation Engineer to join an international engineering team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize offshore installation methods and procedures


• Prepare installation philosophies, method statements, and execution strategies


• Define installation sequences and assess technical feasibility


• Ensure compliance with project specifications, offshore regulations, and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• 0–5 years of engineering experience (early-career engineers are encouraged to apply)


• Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Offshore Engineering, or related discipline


• Interest in offshore installation and marine operations


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset


• Installation sequencing and execution planning


• Engineering analysis and calculation tools


• Constructability and feasibility assessments


• Interface management across marine, structural, and subsea systems
