Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead the readiness and assurance of the assigned vessel and marine spread, including surveys, audits, regulatory compliance, POB requirements and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with country operations teams and local agents on logistics, customs, immigration, import/export, crew changes, vessel clearances, and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor third-party services, vessel availability, planning, and associated costs.
• Mentor and develop Project Operations Engineers and contribute to Lessons Learned and project debrief activities.
• Support the Project Operations Manager with Client liaison, operational planning, SIMOPS management, progress coordination, and resolution of operational constraints.

About the Role

• Lead the readiness and assurance of the assigned vessel and marine spread, including surveys, audits, regulatory compliance, POB requirements and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with country operations teams and local agents on logistics, customs, immigration, import/export, crew changes, vessel clearances, and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor third-party services, vessel availability, planning, and associated costs
• Mentor and develop Project Operations Engineers and contribute to Lessons Learned and project debrief activities.

About You

You must have:

• Engineering degree or relevant
• 6+ Years of relevant experience in the offshore industry, including experiences in offshore operations
