Schaeffler Eco-Adapt, a Paris-based start-up joined Schaeffler Group in 2023, seeks an OEM Business Development Manager to develop partnerships with manufacturers of industrial rotating machines. You will drive collaboration to integrate Eco-Adapt solutions into partner product ranges and to enhance machine reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level French engineering education with an accredited degree.
• 2-8 years in strategy or transformation consulting and industrial BD.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a strong plus.
• Interest in Industry 4.0 and related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Target and qualify OEM companies in rotating machinery.
• Prospect by phone or email and present solutions to decision-makers.
• Define, sell and follow-up Pilot Projects to prove performance and value.
• Build offers with clear technical integration and commercial terms for large-scale deployment.
• Manage the commercial relationship after contract signature (account management).
