Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Manager OEM to expand commercial growth with heavy equipment manufacturers, covering metallurgy, energy, oil & gas, and more. You will manage key OEM accounts, develop annual plans, and prepare high-value proposals in a technically oriented environment.

Based in France with a hybrid schedule, you will report to the Sales Manager OEM and collaborate with engineering, R&D and support teams to drive ROI and decarbonization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience selling technical solutions or industrial equipment to OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategy for the Heavy OEM segment.
• Manage a portfolio of OEM customers with regular follow-up.
• Develop annual business plans and negotiate framework agreements.
• Prepare high-value proposals including ROI and technical details.
