Rockwell Automation in France is seeking an Account Manager OEM to drive growth with heavy equipment OEMs across sectors such as metallurgy, energy, decarbonization, oil & gas, and transport & logistics, combining new business development with major account management in a highly technical environment.

You will report to the Sales Manager OEM and work on a hybrid schedule from Rockwell offices in France, including Lyon.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical/industrial/energy) or Master's in business with technical affinity.
• 5–10 years selling technical solutions or industrial equipment to OEMs.
• Professional English; sector knowledge across metallurgy, energy, oil/gas, renewables, water treatment.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Heavy OEM segment.
• Identify, prospect and convert high potential key accounts.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate OEM needs.
• Prepare high value proposals including ROI.
