Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (Full-time) to join a collaborative team. Position Summary

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic’s specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Job Description

Licensed Occupational Therapist (Full-time)

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient

Location: Kings Mountain, NC – 836 E King Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086

Compensation Range: $80,000-95,000/year. Additional compensation: position also eligible for bonus.

As an Occupational Therapist at Ivy Rehab, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain confidence, restore function, and get back to the activities they love. From post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to complex upper extremity conditions, you’ll work with a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced, evidence-based treatment techniques. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values clinical excellence, encourages professional development, and empowers therapists to build lasting relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey. You will also have the opportunity to help us continue to build our OT program across the area.

Compensation Details

• $1,192.31 additional per paycheck ($31,000 annually) if taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan.
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K).
