Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in France seeks an Operations Manager to lead field operations and ensure resources, equipment, and capabilities are available to deliver nuclear services projects. You will drive performance, safety and profitability while developing products, teams and capabilities.

Reporting to the senior operations leadership, you will manage a team of about 10 to 20+ employees and coordinate with Project, Procurement and Engineering teams to optimize outcomes and customer

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial services, engineering, nuclear operations or project execution.
• Strong understanding of nuclear services and operational environments.
• Experience in resource planning, project support, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence principles.
• Understanding of business and financial drivers.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement multi-year resource plans aligned with forecasts.
• Ensure availability of qualified personnel to support project execution.
• Optimize workforce and equipment allocation across projects.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers during project execution.
• Ensure interventions are delivered safely, on time, within budget and compliant with requirements.
• Promote nuclear safety, industrial safety and quality; capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
