Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years in engineering, industrial services, field operations, or project delivery.
• Experience managing teams and operations in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of nuclear services and project planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate on-site project execution within Reactor Services.
• Oversee 10–20 employees, including technicians and project managers.
• Ensure activities meet safety, quality, and customer contracts.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support teams.
• Develop training plans and monitor team performance.
• Optimize workforce utilization and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
