Westinghouse Electric Company in France is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Steam Generator maintenance services at operational nuclear plants. You will guide safety-focused, high-quality, profitable field execution while building team capabilities and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with Operations Managers, project teams and commercial stakeholders to position Westinghouse as the supplier of choice through reliable performance, standards, and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree and/or MBA preferred.
• 2 to 5+ years of leadership experience in nuclear field services.
• Fluent French and English.
