North France Sales Account Manager – IVF & Medical Devices

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive sales across the North of France and Paris area. You will engage with IVF labs, obstetricians, gynecologists, and clinical staff to promote Vitrolife’s products, while coordinating with marketing, product, and service teams.

This role is home-office based and requires regular travel. You will develop strategic business plans, maintain CRM records, and conduct workshops to educate customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Biology or similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on sales/account position.
• 2+ years of relevant network working with IVF is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing to travel 3–4 days per week.
• Home Office based; located in North of France or Paris area is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop, manage, and monitor strategic business plans and monthly forecasts.
• Build network with IVF labs and physicians to promote Vitrolife products and services.
• Conduct customer visits and participate in third-party events.
• Negotiate and establish clinic partnerships and agreements.
• Gather business intelligence on clinic dynamics and competitors for strategic decisions.
• Document customer activities in the CRM system and collaborate with Customer Service.
• Plan workshops, trainings, and events to enhance engagement and education.
• Resolve key client issues and develop plans to improve outcomes.
