Jobtailor seeks a client experience specialist for a major French luxury house in Île-de-France. You will inform, advise and assist clients, deliver tailored service, and build privileged relationships across boutique interactions, orders and after-sales support.

Fluent in three languages and skilled in storytelling, you will engage an international, demanding clientele with elegance and empathy. The role emphasizes bespoke service, exceptional communication and a memorable brand experience,

Qualifications

• Empathy, elegance and generosity enabling unique client experiences.
• Storytelling and ability to share heritage to create emotional connections.
• Fluency in three languages (CEFR C1) and impeccable written skills.

Responsabilités

• Inform, advise and assist clients throughout their journey (product information, orders, deliveries, after-sales).
• Build a privileged relationship with clients.
• Handle telephone reception and after-sales service for boutiques.
• Communicate practical information (availability, hours, access).
• Start date: June 1. Training: 3 weeks.
