Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
• Proven experience working with KPIs, CRM and client appointments, with a strong commercial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the collections and products, while consistently striving to exceed store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client experience with a strong focus on CRM, client book development and after-sales service.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, cultivating long-term relationships with new clients and building a VIP clientele portfolio.
• Contribute to smooth daily store operations, collaborating with team and management to maintain impeccable standards on sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising.
