Blockchain is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to drive mobile user acquisition with data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok, ensuring data integrity via AppsFlyer and briefing creative teams for compelling ad copy and videos.

The role demands 5+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps, strong analytics, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, Mobile App Growth (UA).
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels.
• Maximize ROAS and efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as expert user for AppsFlyer ensuring data integrity and attribution.
• Manage the creative process by briefing design/creative teams and validating ad copy and scripts.
• Use AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
