Navan Expense is an expense and corporate card solution that streamlines spend management for finance leaders. We seek a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale Navan Expense across strategic accounts and drive adoption.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations to delight clients and exceed goals. As a post-sales SME, you will help Account Managers expand offerings, implement the solution, and ensure ERP integrations and policy efficiencies are realized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 2+ years as a Solutions Consultant/Implementation Manager/PS Consultant in a fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strong understanding of Navan expense and payments solution.
• Apply accounting/finance expertise to implement the Expense solution for clients.
• Support Account Managers as SME on policy efficiencies, accounting processes and ERP integrations.
• Train and up-level the Account Management organization to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers; collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams.
