Job summary

Navan Expense is the global AI-powered expense platform helping finance teams manage spend with real-time visibility. We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale the solution across enterprise travel accounts.

The role sits after sales, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance and Ops to implement the Expense solution, expand offerings, and drive adoption with strategic customers. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounting/finance with ERP integrations and month-end close.
• 3+ years as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Navan Expense value proposition and workings.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge and Navan Expense expertise to implement the solution and realize benefits.
• Support Account Managers as SME to resolve policy efficiency and ERP integration queries.
• Train and up-level the Account Management team on Navan Expense capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to guide product development.
